TechFit Repair & Services – Pricing Policy

At TechFit, we believe in clear, transparent, and standardized pricing for all our services. This pricing policy outlines the framework that governs how we charge clients and pay technicians across all service categories. Standardized Rates

All services follow a fixed pricing model. This ensures fairness and eliminates haggling. Rates are pre-set for each category, including:

Gym Equipment (Domestic & Commercial)

Home Appliances (Small & Large)

Power Tools (Corded & Cordless)

Industrial Machines

Control Wiring & Electronic Repairs

Service Call Charges

A non-refundable service call charge applies to all bookings. This covers technician dispatch and initial diagnostics. This fee is standardized and available on our pricing sheet.

Spare Parts Policy

Spare parts are billed separately and only upon client approval.

Only genuine or compatible parts are used.

Pricing is based on current market rates and included in the pricing document.

Payment Method

All payments must be made via TechFit M-PESA Till Number.

No technician or staff is permitted to accept cash or personal payments.

Payments made outside the system are not recognized and void any guarantees.

Transparent Invoicing

Clients receive a breakdown of service charges before work begins.

After service, a detailed job report is shared with every client.

Technicians are not allowed to adjust pricing.

Technicians' Earnings

Technicians earn a fixed percentage (usually 70%) of the labor fee.

Payments are released 24–48 hours after job completion and report submission.

Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed quarterly.

All updates are published on our website and communicated to registered technicians.
